YongJin Lee

YongJin Lee is from San Jose, California and earned his B.S. in Computational and Systems Biology with a Concentration in Data Science Engineering in 2026. His previous projects focused on developing novel deep-learning diffusion models for personalized, pan-cancer immunotherapy vaccines, establishing new information-theoretic frameworks to guide biological discoveries in molecular atlases, and applying computer vision architectures to radiographs to grade osteoarthritis severity in clinical settings. 

If he is not on VS Code or Overleaf, YongJin enjoys trying new wine pairings with his friends, learning to play the violin, and going on road trips.
